RMB Talent Unlocked
The intense theoretical and practical program provided vital knowledge from within the art world facilitated by successful individuals in the business of arts prepared and facilitated by a vast variety of specialists within the industry.
RMB Talent Unlocked is an artists mentorship programme accompanied by an exhibition at the RMB Turbine Art Fair. The programme consisted of professional practice workshops facilitated by art industry experts as well as an applied mentorship programme.
In 2018, Le Roux was selected to partake in a six-month mentorship program sponsored by RMB and managed by VANSA. The intense theoretical and practical program provided vital knowledge from within the art world facilitated by successful individuals in the business of art from a vast variety of specialities within the industry. The artist was mentored by Lawrence Lemaoana for whom she has great respect. The program completed with an exhibition at the Turbine Art Fair in 2018 in which the artists showcased select work which had been developed during the incubation.
